Project Management

At Regency Consultants, we offer experienced and customer-friendly advice and support to clients, primarily in the automotive retail market, who are seeking to implement in-house projects.

Project management services include:

• The delivery of in-house projects related to the health and safety improvement plan – this includes the development and implementation of local or company-wide arrangements
• The selection and implementation of electronic systems which support safety management systems (e.g. online reporting systems, training systems, HAV’s measurement systems, electronic permit to work systems) and the implementation of behavioural safety programs
• Supporting clients who are seeking to outsource services by providing health and safety assessments within tendering and outsourcing projects
• Providing on-site Client support in with the implementation of in-house construction and refurbishment projects; providing input into Client health and safety construction plans; assisting with tender evaluations for project contractors; completing site inspections of construction/refurbishment project work sites; incident investigation support services on behalf of the Client
