Safety Systems

Do

The next stage of management system development requires the organisation to develop company-wide standards. These standards set out what arrangements local sites need to put into place to control the most severe risk areas arising from the organisation’s activities.

Each local site will then develop site-specific arrangements to capture how the company-wide standards are implemented on-site. The management system will vary depending on the size and the complexity of the organisation and its associated sites.

Automotive organisations can find this aspect quite challenging; often there are good systems in place for working safely which are not documented and may need to be updated.

At Regency Consultants, now incorporating Canham Associates, we can help with the development of company-wide or local arrangements for areas such as:

  • Risk assessments
  • Safe systems of work
  • Training and competency
  • Incident investigation and reporting
  • HAV’s assessments
  • Advising on statutory inspection and test requirements
  • Advising on Health Surveillance requirements
  • Facilitating fire risk assessments
  • Premises Maintenance
  • Managing contractors
  • Evaluating suppliers
  • Permit to Work
  • Emergency response
  • Behavioural safety programs
